This business is heading into exciting times with new cloud-based systems being implemented over the next twelve months.

Your responsibilities

This is an exciting position for a highly motivated and experienced person who enjoys going the extra mile for customers and working collaboratively with the team to achieve outcomes. Reporting to the National Customer Service Manager and working as part of the Customer Service Team you will be providing key support to customers.

This is a busy, hands-on position working as a key link between the customer and the business from the initial enquiry or order through to delivery. Key duties include, but are not limited to;

  • Proactively work with customers on their enquiries
  • Deal with incoming customer correspondence and action appropriately
  • Data Entry - process all customer orders promptly and accurately
  • Document management
  • Assist with administrative reporting

To succeed in this position, you will possess the following skills and attributes;

  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience essential

  • Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • MS Office skills at an intermediate level in Word and Excel

The Role:
An exciting opportunity currently exists for a motivated customer service driven individual to join our Customer Service Team in the busy and growing Parts business. 

Based at Acacia Ridge, you will provide premium customer service as the first point of contact for all phone enquiries for our national parts business. 

This role is a full-time, permanent, role working Monday to Friday. 

Your key accountabilities include:
  • Receive inbound telephone calls and assisting with placing orders, product inquiries, quotes and problem solving
  • Receiving calls from internal customers (service technicians) and assisting with enquiries 
  • Maintain and update database systems
  • Outbound calls to team members and follow up on open customer enquiries through to completion
  • Completing paperwork, entering data and general reporting as required
About You:
We are looking for someone who is a pro at providing outstanding service to customers. You will already have a track record in a high volume customer service call centre type environment and looking for an exciting new challenge where no day is the same! 

Skills and Attributes
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Previous experience within a customer service environment (i.e a call centre / or office workplace)
  • Experience within an industrial / mechanical or parts environment preferred but not essential 
  • Strong customer service skills and communication 
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • Demonstrate an organised approach in a high volume environment
  • High level of interpersonal relationship skills
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
