The role

We want someone who puts people first and who is committed to getting the best solution for our customers and our business.

  • Build and maintain great relationships with our customers
  • Ensure customers have the right products for their needs
  • Work with our sales and claims teams to collect and manage sales
  • Are always patient and use positive ‘can do’ language with our customers
  • Are committed to always improving the way we do things
  • Take inbound and outbound calls, providing the best service for our customers

Who we’re looking for

We want someone who sees themselves as a customer service specialist and who can empathise with our customers. We want someone who has:

  • Experience working in any of the following roles and ability to build great relationships with customers
  • retail
  • customer service
  • call centre / contact centre
  • telemarketing
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to manage a diverse range of customers and de-escalate conflict situations
  • Weekend availability is required.
