Our dedicated people ensure the role of the network provides high quality assistance and customer service to ADF serving, ex-serving and Reserve members, APS and the general public. We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team and form a Merit Pool of suitable applicants for future placement. The APS 3 Customer Service Officer role requires applicants that can work as part of a local team contributing to an integrated service culture nationally. In this position people need a strong background in customer service with the ability to problem solve and adapt to changes in work priorities. Applicants must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills to work across face to face, phone and through written correspondence.
